SERVICES
The services that Williment Event Management provides include organising all travel arrangements, issuing tickets and the appropriate travel vouchers.
THIRD PARTIES
I/we also agree to our personal information being shared by third parties by Williment Travel and Mico.
LIABILITY
We undertake to perform these services with reasonable skill and care. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from acts or defaults outside the control of Williment Event Management, its employees and agents, including (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of actual travel, accommodation and other suppliers. The consumer’s guarantees act 1993 applies to services supplied by us, except where they are (or held out as being) acquired, for business purposes.
FORCE MAJEURE
If by means of any event of force majeure (which shall include terrorism, pandemic or any cause or event outside our control) we shall be delayed in or prevented from performing our obligations, then such delay or nonperformance shall not be deemed a breach or entitle a damages claim. Our obligations shall be suspended whilst such event of force majeure continues.

All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the accuracy of promotional documentation, but services offered, package availability, prices and any event details may be subject to change from time to time.
PRICES
All prices are shown in NZ dollars and/or Trade Edge points. All costs include GST where applicable. Due to possible currency fluctuations and changes in service costs, prices are subject to variation at any time up to departure. Prices shown include any airport tax, departure tax, fuel surcharges, security and airline levies. Please note that all airport, fuel, and airline charges are subject to change by the airline. Any increase in these will be on charged to you.
VISAS / PASSPORTS
You will need a current New Zealand passport to travel overseas with a validity of the dates of travel. If you have a passport from another country, a visa may be required. If you are in any doubt, please contact Williment Event Management on 04 380 2500.
TRAVEL INSURANCE ALLIANZ
Travel Insurance is included in your Trade Edge package and will be offered for any extension travel booked by Williment Travel Group. Pre-existing medical cover is not included and must be arranged directly with Allianz Travel Insurance and the applicable surcharge paid. An excess of NZ$100 applies to any claim. Travellers over the age of 69 are required to complete additional paperwork which will be supplied by Williment Travel Group. Up to 2 children receive complimentary insurance when travelling with an adult. Full details will be included in your confirmation letter or please contact Williment Event Management on 04 380 2500. Insurance for any extension travel will incur an extra charge.
ITEMS NOT COVERED
Unless otherwise specified, the costs of meals, drinks, laundry, and items of a personal nature are not included.
AMENDMENTS
Each and every amendment made to a booking after confirmation will incur an amendment fee of $100 per amendment per person, along with any fees charged by airlines and/or other suppliers. Amendments to bookings within a week of departure cannot be guaranteed, but if they are possible, will incur an amendment fee of $150 per amendment per person in addition to any applicable airline reissue/amendment fees.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be advised in writing – if cancelled:
• Up to the 20 November 2018 – cancellations will incur a $500.00 per person fee unless a direct replacement is made.
• From the 20 November 2018 to the 18st February 2019 cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking value per person or a $150 name change fee if there is a direct replacement.
• After 18th February 2019 will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking value per person or a $150 name change fee. Amendments to bookings within a week of departure cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Any extension travel may be subject to further cancellation fees dependent on supplier conditions.
