VIETNAM VISAS

As a citizen of New Zealand, you require a Visa to visit Vietnam. Since 1996 all New Zealand citizens that come to Vietnam can pick up their visa stamp on arrival at all international Vietnam airports.

To obtain your Vietnam Visa On Arrival, you will need to complete the following steps and is only appicable fo travelling by air to Vietnam:

1.       Submit a copy of you passport to Williment Travel no later than Monday 29 April 2019

2.       Ensure your passport has a minimum validity of 6 months from date of departure.

3.       Ensure your passport has at least one blank page to stick the visa on the passport

4.       Passport photo (1) - You will need to get one passport photo and ensure you take this with you and have available on arrival into Vietnam.

note; we will be arranging for a group 'Approval Visa' for those who are travelling outbound on the group dates. If you are travelling prior to the group outbound date eg; 26 June 2019 please contact heidi@williment.co.nz
 
Prior to travel you will receive a pre-approval letter in your travel documents. Please present the visa approval letter when you check-in for your outbound flight on Air New Zealand at your first check in point prior to departure in New Zealand.

Please also remember to bring along one passport size photo. Note: an actual passport photo not an electronic version on your devices.

We will have a chaperon meet the group at Danang Airport holding a Mico Trade Edge sign who will assist with the group landing visas on arrival. You will be required to hand over to the airport chaperon.
