VIETNAM VISAS

As a citizen of New Zealand, you require a Visa to visit Vietnam. Since 1996 all New Zealand citizens that come to Vietnam can pick up their visa stamp on arrival at all international Vietnam airports.

To obtain your Vietnam Visa On Arrival, you will need to complete the following steps:

NOTE:

Before applying for Vietnam visa, please make sure that your passport has minimum 6 month validity from the day of your arrival and some blank pages. Visa on arrival option is only applicable for travelling by air to Vietnam.

Following information is required to obtain a Vietnam Visa:

1.       Your name exactly as per passport

2.       Your date of birth: in Vietnam, the date format will be DD/MM/YY

3.       Your passport number: exactly as shown on your passport

4.       Date of arrival: applicants must fill exactly Date of Arrival. Note; you can enter Vietnam later but not earlier than the approved date

5.       Passport photos (1)

For number 17 - Hosting Organisation - please leave blank
note; we will be arranging for a group 'Approval Visa' for those who are travelling outbound on the group dates. If you are travelling prior to the group outbound date eg; 21 August, 18 please contact:

Prior to travel you will receive a pre-approval letter in your travel documents. Please present the visa approval letter when you check-in for your outbound flight on Air New Zealand at your first check in point prior to departure in New Zealand.

Please also bring along the completed visa application with one passport size photo. Note: an actual passport photo not an electronic version on your devices.

 

We will have a chaperon meet the group at Saigon Airport holding a Mitsubishi Electric sign who will assist with the group landing visas on arrival. You will be required to hand over to the airport chaperon. 

Lastly - please do not forget to sign, print and bring with you along with your passport PHOTO.
